The 194th District is made up of neighborhoods in both Philadelphia and Lower Merion.  The district includes Roxborough, Manayunk, a small part of East Falls, Wynnefield Heights, West Parkside and a part of Wynnefield in Philadelphia.  Within Lower Merion Township, the district includes Belmont Hills, Bala Cynwyd and Penn Valley.
